We welcome guests to our popular “History Walking and Tasting Tours”, “Tasting Groups”, “Boathouse Long Lunch” and “Romance in the Vines”. We also encourage prospective brides and event planners interested in booking events to utilise our website contact us form to organise or view . We look forward to welcoming groups to visit, taste and lunch in Spring/Summer/Autumn by appointment.

‘History, Walking & Tasting Tour Experience’

[1.5 hours in duration]

• Personally escorted

• Includes tour, wine and matching Tasmanian bites

• Focus on history

Convict history whilst tasting Riesling at the historic stone BARN.
Colonial history in the garden of the HALL
Maritime history at the delightful BOATHOUSE whilst tasting Shiraz with local cheese platter
Saint Mary McKillop Josephite School History in the SCHOOL HOUSE whilst tasting Viognier.
3 glasses of Waterton Hall wines included.
Waterton Hall Award winning wines are available for sale at the conclusion of the Tour.

• Specialist tour groups

• Wine tasting enthusiasts

Either in the Barn or on Barn lawns with beautiful Tamar River views.
Includes shared gourmet charcuterie platters from Moonlily Kitchen and Cakes.
Includes 6 wines to taste and one glass of Riesling or Shiraz.
Fully set up with chairs and tables with linens, glasses, plates, cutlery.
Waterton Hall award-winning wines are available for sale by the glass or bottle.
