Please note: There is no access to Waterton Hall without a prior arrangement.

We welcome guests to our popular “History Walking and Tasting Tours”, “Tasting Groups”, “Boathouse Long Lunch or Twilight Dinner” and “Romance in the Garden”. We look forward to welcoming groups to visit, taste and lunch in Spring/Summer/Autumn by appointment. ‘History, Walking & Garden Tour’

[1 hour in duration]

• Personally escorted by owner

• Focus on history and historic buildings, and beautiful ornamental garden including the produce garden not open during Events

‘Tasting Groups & Small Functions’

[2 hours duration] Self-managed & self-catered

• Perfect for a small group

• Hen’s parties

• Specialist tour groups

• Wine tasting enthusiasts:

- Includes owner meet and greet, briefly describing history of Waterton Hall, walking you down to Boat House deck.

- Recommend you order and pick up your catering from Moonlily Kitchen and Cakes in Beaconsfield.

- Includes 6 wines to taste and drink some on the day and take away rest of bottle with you. Riesling, Chardonnay, Viognier, Rose, Pinot Noir and Shiraz. No outside alcohol.

- Chairs, tables, drinking water and wine glasses available at Boathouse for your own set up.

• You pack away our chairs and tables.

• Additional favourite Waterton Hall award-winning wines are available for sale to take away or post home at conclusion.

Accompanying children under 18yrs are free (no alcohol for < 18 years old can be served).

Bare Hire: $500. Mixed: ½ dozen $ 200.

Includes owner meet and greet, briefly describing history of Waterton Hall, walking you down to Boat House deck.

• Rustic Boathouse deck with Tamar River views.

• Tasmanian gourmet goodness can be ordered and picked up on your way from Hubert & Dan ~ Tassie top caterer or Moonlily Kitchen and Cakes – Beaconsfield local legends.

• Includes 6 Waterton Hall wines to taste and drink some on the day and take away rest of bottle with you. Riesling, Chardonnay, Viognier, Rose, Pinot Noir & Shiraz.

• Self-service: You set up our chairs, tables, utilise our wine glasses. Bring your own table cloths, decorations, bio-cutlery & plates. Sparkling water. No outside alcohol.

• Waterton Hall Award winning wines are available for sale at the conclusion of the luncheon/twilight dinner.

• You pack away our chairs and tables.

Set privately amongst the gardens with Tamar River and vineyard views.

- Focus on each other.

- Unpack a delicious gourmet picnic basket you have pre-ordered to pick up from Moonlily Kitchen and Cakes in Beaconsfield or bring your own.

- Includes a bottle of chilled wine (of your choice when booking).

- Fully set up glasses, picnic rug, cushions, mini-table.

• Waterton Hall Award winning wines are available for sale at the conclusion of the experience

Accompanying children under 18yrs are free.

Cost $300 per couple, min. group size 2.
